Lead Generation Specialist

We are a B2B growth marketing agency and we're looking for someone who wants to own the entire outbound engine, not just one piece of it. This is not a sales role. You won't be making cold calls or chasing targets. Instead, you'll be the person who builds the system that makes outbound work, from figuring out who we should be targeting to making sure every campaign is running clean and performing well.

If you're someone who loves working with data, enjoys figuring out how tools connect with each other, and gets excited when a campaign starts hitting good reply rates, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Research and define ICPs for different client campaigns, understanding what signals indicate a good fit.
• Identify which outreach channel works best for a given ICP, whether it's email, LinkedIn, or a combination of both.
