The Lead, Health Workforce Information Integration

Reports to the Director, Health Workforce Data, Planning & Evidence.

This role leads the planning, management, and delivery of new data assets and large‑scale information products, while overseeing project team members as needed. The successful candidate will lead the development and ongoing oversight of key Health Human Resources information repositories, including Ontario’s HHR Knowledge Hub.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority projects focused on data acquisition, database development, and the delivery of high‑quality information products that support health workforce and system capacity planning.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new data assets and information products, ensuring alignment with legal, privacy, and security requirements.
• Partner with data, IT, and business teams to develop platforms, repositories, and tools that improve access to and use of health workforce data. <...
