Lead I - Record to Report (R2R)

Job Summary

: The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-toend accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 End-to-End R2R Process Management - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and yearend closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements

 General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis and Management reports. 

 Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
