Lead, Industrial Engineering Manufacturing (AME)

About The Role

Responsible for leading all advanced manufacturing engineering activities. On top of running business-related support, participation in lighting and signal processing products launches is key. The AME engineering team is involved in the early phases of new product development to determine capital and labor estimates and also drives design for manufacturing to ensure new products meet quality and cost targets. Under the direction of the Manager, the AME process groups will develop manufacturing plans to industrialize a new product. Industrialization includes the determination of manufacturing assembly processes required to build, planning, purchasing the JIG‑s, excising the fixture, and any other test equipment determined by development. Has to be the main contact between operations/plants and development.
