Not only will he/she have both the knowledge and working experience, he/she must also possess the ability to leverage on different skillsets in mentoring students and adult learners. There will be opportunities to develop course curriculum, introduce new modules/courses as well as support industry engagement (IE) and projects. Administrative works related to teaching as well as school/centre/institutional strategic initiatives is a critical component of the job.
