Lead Installer - Residential Construction

We are looking for a Crew Leader and Installer for a local Sunroom Contractor expert that can provide the experience and knowledge to build the porch enclosure of your dreams.

**Job Title:** Crew Leader Installer
**Location:** College Station, TX 77845
**Pay:** $30-40/hr
**Travelling to different locations**

**What’s the Job?**

+ Managing all aspects of installation and construction from scheduling to completion
+ Managing all documentation, planning and scheduling
+ Travel to other markets (outside local market) will be required based on business needs
+ Must be able to communicate with customers and explain process professionally
+ Explain product warranties and features to customers at time of installation

**What’s Needed?**

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ Experience with general carpentry skills, math calculations and ability to accurately measure
