LEAD IT ANALYST - SR. IT ANALYST - Oracle Database Administrator

Who We Are: Join the SwRI ITC Support Services team that provides Oracle database support for the Institute Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), and other databases as needed. Hybrid schedule is available. Objectives of this Role: Serve as database analyst and administrator for the Institute's Oracle based ERP system and other databases. This is a critical position for the Institute that allows for carrying out the day to day activities of the Institute. Provide assistance in resolving issues and maintaining the core Oracle database environment as well as ERP software, Deltek Costpoint and other supplemental applications as needed. Work with a team to evaluate new technologies such as cloud and new Oracle architecture features. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Provide support to the ERP, Deltek's Costpoint product, to include upgrades, troubleshooting, and initiation of support calls.
