This role requires a hands-on IT generalist dedicated to end-user support and technology optimization. You will manage our POS systems, networks, and drive the implementation of automations that reduce manual tasks. Your strategic thinking will help in creating functional documentation, enabling team collaboration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
