Job Overview The Quattro Development and XVA Technology teams actively develop and enhance a set of co‑operative, strategic systems and services which have a direct bearing on how the company Capital Markets manages risk arising from trading, including both market and counterparty credit risks. We support traders, salespeople, risk managers, financial controllers and operations staff who are located mostly in London, New York.
The Lead Java AI Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team while implementing and leveraging AI tools and processes. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
