Learning & Development
Design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs across functions and levels
Manage the annual training calendar, vendor relationships, and L&D budgets
Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI metrics
Champion a culture of continuous learning across the Group
Employer Branding
Develop and execute employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards, and digital platforms
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and leadership to craft compelling EVP (Employee Value Proposition) messaging
Manage university relations, career fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives
