Lead Level Designer, AB Friends

Rovio is part of the SEGA family and world famous for our flagship IP Angry Birds. We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Level Designer to join us in either Espoo or Barcelona. In this role you will go beyond daily execution to shape the quality bar, elevate our team's craft, and support the full lifecycle of our levels. You are a true multiplier: your work makes Angry Birds Friends better and helps the people around you grow every day.

Reporting directly to the Design Director, you will care for a talented team of level designers, including permanent team members, interns, and contractors. You will connect business goals with player happiness, understanding the unique strengths of your team to ensure everyone is supported and optimized to do their best work.
