Rovio Entertainment, part of the SEGA family, seeks a Lead Level Designer for our team in Helsinki or Barcelona. This role emphasizes supporting and guiding a team of level designers while ensuring the quality of our game content.

You will collaborate with various teams, define clear design frameworks and nurture the professional growth of your team members. A hybrid work setup allows for flexibility, with two to three days required in the office each week.
