Lead Low-Voltage / Telecom Technician Structured Cabling, Verkada Cameras & Access Control Position Summary Advantage Technology is seeking an experienced Lead Low-Voltage / Telecom Technician to join our growing team in Frederick, Maryland. This position will support commercial structured cabling, telecom, Verkada camera systems, access control, wireless access points, network infrastructure, and other low-voltage technology projects. This is a hands-on field leadership role. We are looking for someone who can do more than pull cable. The right candidate can run jobs, lead helpers, communicate professionally with customers, complete clean installations, and make sure projects are finished correctly, documented properly, and ready for closeout. The ideal candidate has strong commercial cabling experience, understands jobsite standards, takes pride in clean work, and can help deliver projects on time.
