Lead Maintenance Technician (Live-in)

Position Summary

The Lead Maintenance Technician role requires varied technical skill set, time management and the ability to work under pressure and in various conditions while upholding high customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance technician team to ensure efficient daily operations, high building standards, and excellent resident service. Review work orders, service requests, and daily priorities; assign, schedule, and follow up with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion. Conduct and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual property inspections, including building systems, common areas, vacant suites, safety requirements, and exterior grounds. Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate preventative maintenance for building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, elevators, fire and life safety, generators, access systems, and mechanical rooms.
