Job Description
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all production activities to ensure that the pro-
duction of goods and/or services meets volume, quality, and cost requirements within the established timeframe in an efficient manner.
Job Duties and General Responsibilities

Manage, through subordinate supervisors, all production activities applying
knowledge of plant layout and production capabilities of each department.
Be directly responsible for the production program and efficiency levels, ensur-
ing compliance with quality requirements and controlling scrap levels.
Formulate, negotiate, and manage departmental objectives and budgets, as
well as strategies and action plans to achieve them.
Validate and authorize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to pro-
duction activities.
