In this strategic leadership position, you'll oversee the design and implementation of marine field programs nationwide, including in the Arctic. Your scientific expertise will guide clients and teams, while you develop marine offsetting and environmental management plans. Effective communication, quality control, and safety adherence are pivotal in managing projects and mentoring staff.
