Opportunity Description
The MAST (Maritime Asset Strategy & Transformation) Change & Communication Lead is responsible for leading the change and communication approach across transformation initiatives in the MAST program, ensuring stakeholders understand, engage with, and adopt new ways of working successfully.
The role combines hands-on change delivery (communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness) with establishing best practice (frameworks, templates, and coaching), enabling consistent and effective change management across the portfolio.
