Lead Messaging Engineering Specialist (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our WTS Messaging and Conferencing team as a Lead Messaging Engineering Specialist in Workforce Technology and Services to enhance, integrate, automate and support the Messaging platforms operated by the firm. The role is a software engineering position at Vice‑President level, part of the technology division responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What You’ll Do in the Role

• System management and upkeep of the production environment
• Represent and manage the system with control functions such as internal audit, legal, and security teams
• Diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and manage escalations and notifications
• Convey procedures for operational support of the system and provide training to other groups to share expertise
