POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Lead Newborn Hearing Screener, you will provide an essential service that gives every newborn the best possible start in life through early hearing detection. In this rewarding leadership position, you will perform critical hearing screenings across multiple locations within our service area, using established protocols and effective techniques to ensure accurate results for the families we serve. Beyond direct patient care, you will serve as a mentor and trainer to fellow screeners, helping to build a skilled and compassionate team.
