What you need to know about this position:
+ A fast-paced, high-performance ambulance service that responds to an average of 14,000 calls per year.
+ With state-of-the-art equipment, our 12 ambulances provide 911 Emergency Medical Services, BLS Non-Emergent Ambulance Services, and Special Event Coverage to Bartholomew and surrounding counties.
+ The Lead Nurse is a Registered Nurse who is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day direction of staff, identification of staffing needs, and the coordination of patient care and department activities with goals of improving patient care while decreasing waiting times for patients.
+ This role is responsible for direct oversight of department staff and may act as an extension of the manager when the manager is not present.
