As the O2C Team Lead, you will oversee operations across Poland, Ukraine, Czechia, and Slovakia. This leadership role demands expertise in order to cash processes, team development, and analytics. You will ensure operational excellence while collaborating with Customer Service and Finance teams to achieve key financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the O2C team across multiple countries
• Manage collection strategies and resolve disputes effectively
• Supervise deductions management and support month-end processes
• Ensure effective credit management and risk assessment
• Maintain customer relationships for timely payments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proven experience in O2C processes and team management
