Lead Observability and Platform Engineer (Multi-Cloud)

You will be part of a top fintech company, to drive the design and evolution of a scalable, globally aligned Observability Platform centered on the ELK stack, ensuring reliable monitoring and performance. They will also co-lead CI/CD strategy by building and optimizing automated pipelines and release orchestration to deliver high-quality software efficiently
What you'll need to succeed
Data& Streaming: Large-scale ingest and streaming with ELK, Kafka, or equivalent
Observability:  Elasticsearch internals; logs, metrics, traces, alerting
Programming & Databases: Java or Python; relational and NoSQL databases
DevOps & CI/CD: CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Ansible
Architecture:  Microservices, APIs, Linux/Windows, Agile environment
