Centralized Offline Marketing Strategy & Calendar Planning · Develop and own the annual and quarterly offline marketing roadmap across regions in alignment with overall sales funnel targets. · Proactively identify market-level opportunities in advance rather than reacting to branch requests. · Define structured offline playbooks for Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel activities. 2.
