Banner University Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Supervisor who will join the Division of Neonatology at the University Medical Center Tucson Campus. The NNP Supervisor will work in an academic setting to provide coverage for our Level IV NICU, work closely with neonatologists to provide patient care, provide direction and education for residents, and work to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

As a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor, this position provides clinical support on the resident/attending/NNP team and NNP/attending teams in a 38 bed unit; attends all high-risk deliveries, will teach/assist/perform procedures including intubations, chest tubes, arterial lines, PICCs, ventilator management, and participate as an NRP instructor.
