Lead, Partnerships & Communications

Reporting to the Head, Partnerships & Communications, the Lead, Partnerships & Communications supports the day-to-day coordination and implementation of activities within the Partnerships & Communications department, while leading the execution of key departmental initiatives, campaigns, and projects. The role supports the operationalisation of departmental strategies across fundraising, communications, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement functions, ensuring that initiatives are executed smoothly and in alignment with organisational priorities. He/She coordinates the work of Senior Executives and Executive staff, ensuring clarity in deliverables, timelines, and quality standards across the department, while leading the execution of key departmental initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
