The Patient Services Specialist – Lead Level provides leadership and operational support to the front-office team. The Lead PSS is capable of performing all aspects of the Associate, Journey and Senior PSS roles. This role performs all core functions while serving as an informal coach and resource to peers. The Lead is responsible for shift coordination, issue resolution, training, and championing key initiatives that align with clinic goals and patient care standards.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4 years related experience in medical office or healthcare OR
