Lead, People Solutions (Workday Technical Lead)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead, People Sol utio ns (Workday Technical Lead) (Workday Technical Lead) to serve as the technical owner and architect of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Workday platform and People Technology ecosystem.



This role is responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy, architecture, governance, security model, integration framework, and operational support model across Workday and related HR technologies. The Lea d will act as the organization’s primary subject matter expert and technical authority for Workday Security, Integrations, Data Architecture, and Platform Optimization.


The ideal candidate combines deep Workday technical expertise with strong lea d ership, stakeholder management, and enterprise architecture experience.
