Lead Phytopathology Scientist — Cucurbits Research

KWS Group is seeking a hands-on Research Scientist Phytopathology for our station in Murcia, Spain. This role requires expertise in plant pathology and experience in disease resistance testing, as well as leadership skills to manage a local team.

The successful candidate will implement pathology activities, support breeding teams, and ensure effective communication across departments. A PhD/MSc and fluency in English and Spanish are required. The position offers an opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
