Lead Pizza Sous Chef — Create, Train & Drive Flavor

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a Pizza Sous Chef at One & Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. In this role, you will manage all aspects of pizza preparation, support the Chef de Cuisine, and lead kitchen staff to uphold exceptional quality and service standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in a high-end hotel or resort, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to high standards. You'll also need to handle customer interactions effectively and introduce creative menu ideas.
