Lead Planning Engineer

Role Summary

The Lead Planning engineer has to prepare the work programmes as per the guidelines provided by the Projects Team and monitor the progress of the project against the plan to ensure its completion within the specified time frame and within allocated budgets.

Role Description

• Preparing tender programmes, clause 14 programmes, resource histogram and review with Planning Manager.
• Coordinate information between stakeholders including Client, Suppliers and Contractors to determine and monitor the deliverables in line with programme.
• Support project management team to ensure project progress and generate report on all variations in conjunction with the Projects team.
• Accurately record progress and adjust forecasts as required. Prepare reports on progress and causes of programme/progress variations.
