TITLE: Lead Power Electronics Mechanical Engineer


DUTIES: We seek a Lead Power Electronics Mechanical Engineer based out of our office at 2151 E. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. Note, this position does not require travel.


Lead and support the mechanical design of hybrid / electric inverter and converter systems for various global automotive customers. Train and mentor new engineers within the Mechanical Engineering team, provide technical guidance to team members as needed, and participate as a valuable member of the overall multidisciplinary project team.
