Job Description Power Plant Operator Lead The Power Plant Operator Lead is a supervisory level position that performs first-line supervisory responsibilities, including planning, assigning, and evaluating the work of subordinates and overseeing functioning within a work team. The Power Plant Operator Lead must perform their duties in a manner that reflects positively on the O&M Contractor, supports a strong safety culture, and meets the missions of the utility plant expectations. The Power Plant Operator Lead acts as a subject matter expert in site operations and is expected to have a high level of technical proficiency.
