Lead Process Engineer (Department Lead)

Description

•  Act as a focal point for projects or discipline specific activities. 


• Responsible for the technical execution of engineering projects and providing feedback to the Head of Engineering-on-engineering performance. 


• Lead and input to technical and commercial bids and other engineering activities across the business streams in Oil and Gas, Sustainable infrastructure such as hydrogen and CCS and renewables.


• Share technical knowledge and experience with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engineer reports to the Head of Engineering. 


• Line management for all engineers within the assigned discipline including resourcing ·        Accountable for the engineering competence of all team members in line with Apollo’s competence and assurance procedures. 


• Responsible for attaining discipline KPI’s set and agreed each financial year with the Head of Engineering.
