Roles and Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This is one of the key strategic areas of investment by the company as part of its long-range plan to create a network based coalition loyalty program to help B2C and D2C businesses to scale their customer engagement and acquisition funnel, in turn create a healthy prospective customer base for NBFC to cross sell its financial product and engage its own customer on open architecture loyalty program. Role requires complete understanding user growth and engagement by building horizontal features such as Gamification, redemption portal and Milestone based journeys.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Identifying opportunities within current Rewards program for improving user engagement with platform and Program by benchmarking competition and onboarding successful case studies from domestic and international markets.
