Lead Product Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a core product portfolio. Operating with high autonomy, you will define long-term product vision, translate business goals into measurable outcomes, align senior stakeholders, and mentor individual product managers to foster a high-performance culture.
Core Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Formulate a rolling multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with corporate growth. Translate business goals into actionable, outcome-based product OKRs. Discovery & Execution: Lead continuous user discovery to identify high-value customer pain points. Own products from ideation, MVP validation, and scaling through to market optimization.
