Lead Proj Mgmt Specialist

The Lead - **Proj Mgt Specialist SIOP** is a hands-on position responsible for implementing HTCS Labor SIOP process, consistent delivery on defined KPIs, builds a strong delivery framework for business leadership and stakeholders, provides subject matter expertise, drives exceptional stakeholder management, builds an effective liaison between SIOP Team, Operations, Business, and Talent for effective implementation of the HTCS Labor SIOP construct.

This role requires demonstration of a strong ability to seamlessly integrate business and functions to enable execution excellence and planning fidelity. He/She will work closely with the HTCS Sr. Director to drive SIOP & Workforce planning process for HTCS Global locations
