You own the Project Management function — building a high-performing team that delivers work on time, at quality, and with clear accountability. Lead PM Team Performance & Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of Project Managers and Senior PMs. Run regular performance reviews with clear expectations and KPIs. Quickly identify strong vs. weak performers, coach talent, and take action when needed. Build a strong, accountable PM team where ownership is the standard.
