Job Overview
To provide oversight of regional quality and risk profile including analysis of data, audit findings, incidents and concerns. Working with operations to improve quality in care homes and embed improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice to home managers and Regional Directors on how best to meet or exceed regulations, standards and associated
- Support delivery of Care UK’s regulatory compliance strategy / quality assurance approach
- Oversee development of effective service improvement plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
