**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Develop, evaluate, and optimize coating systems for performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness using HVOF, thermal spray and similar technologies
+ Investigate coating failures, including adhesion issues, corrosion, blistering, cracking, peeling, and environmental degradation
+ Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and global engineering teams to implement coating processes and resolve production issues
