Background

Synthium is a robotics and Embodied AI venture building systems that capture human cognition through interactive simulation. We transform multimodal human behavior into structured datasets used to train next generation robotics foundation models. We are looking for a Lead Robotics Engineer to help us drive the technical direction of our robotics simulation and embodiment stack.

Job scope

The Role

• Lead the robotics simulation architecture powering Synthium’s data generation and training pipeline
• Collaborate directly with founders and research collaborators to design systems that bridge simulation, teleoperation, embodiment, and dataset generation for humanoid and mobile robots
• Set technical direction, make architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers as the team scales.
