The client seeks an experienced lead for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central project commencing in April 2026. You will play a critical role in modernizing SuccessFactors, overseeing EC implementation, and advocating for standard processes against longstanding customizations. Your extensive experience will be required to optimize Time, Compensation Management, and Succession functionalities across the organization.
