Position: Lead Server / FOH Supervisor (Full-Time)
Franchia Vegan Cafe is seeking an experienced Lead Server / FOH Supervisor to join our team.
We are a well-established Midtown Manhattan vegan restaurant with an Asian-inspired menu, looking for a responsible and dependable hospitality professional who enjoys guest service and can help lead front-of-house operations. This is a full-time, stable, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
• Provide warm, professional service to guests
• Lead service shifts and support the FOH team during service
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage
• Help train and onboard new team members
• Assist with inventory and ordering
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a smooth dining experience
