ICF’s Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven department, seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect who will serve as a key member of the ServiceNow Platform team.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integration strategies, platform governance, and enterprise IT service management practices. This role will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
