Our client, a Credit Card Company, is looking for a Lead Software Engineer x 2 for their O'Fallon, MO/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Managing the process for how new Products are launched in MC

+ Deep experience building and maintaining Power Apps Canvas applications

+ Strong UX instincts with a focus on clean, intuitive, and scalable design patterns

+ Proven ability to refactor and optimize existing apps for performance and maintainability

+ Strong Power Automate experience, delivering reliable, production-grade workflows

+ Deep expertise in SharePoint and Dataverse data modeling and integration

+ Demonstrated experience building flows that operate reliably at scale in production environments
