Lead Specialist, Technical Development

Job title – Lead Specialist, Technical Development (Perfumery)

Location – Ascent, Singapore

Under general supervision, this job assists Technical Director / Manager in category innovation and client projects, be involved in basic technology promotion, and also perform routine laboratory work (hands‑on).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist / support TD Director and Manager in their projects for multiple product categories and clients
• Assist / support TD Director and Manager to implement fragrance technology across categories
• Coordinate people from different teams to get the job done
• Conduct presentations (technical content) to internal stakeholders and, if required, to external clients
• Adept in carrying out hands‑on work and performing routine & complex laboratory work in compliance with established HSE rules
• Maintain the laboratory equipment and the cleanliness of the workplace
