Lead Structured Cabling Technician The Lead Structured Cabling Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and testing of structured cabling systems for Wi‐Fi Access Point (AP) installation projects. This role involves managing a team of two assistant technicians, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and coordinating with the project manager to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise and mentor two assistant technicians in structured cabling and Wi‐Fi AP installations. Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring team members understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Provide training and support to develop team members' technical skills.
