Opportunity Description
SUMMARY
The Lead Student Pastor will lead, shepherd, and guide the spiritual development of the Student Ministry through the Student Ministry Staff and servant leaders. The Lead Student Pastor will serve as the primary leader to bring the Pinelake vision to see Mississippi changed one life story at a time to life in Student Ministry as we learn from Christ, live in Christ and lead others to Christ under the leadership of the Madison NextGen Pastor. The Lead Student Pastor will work to train up leaders and students who actively take the gospel into their schools and homes.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
