Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sr Superintendent to oversee large podium multi-family construction projects, ranging from 13 to 33-story high-rise apartments. This role involves the independent monitoring of on-site safety, coordination of site construction activities, and supervision of field personnel to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Responsibilities
+ Execute and enforce safety standards, processes, and procedures to ensure the project site is kept clean and organized.
+ Conduct weekly safety inspections and monthly safety audits.
+ Enforce quality standards, processes, and procedures; conduct quality control audits.
+ Determine, follow, and promote construction requirements and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
+ Assist in managing contractual requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
