Lead Surface Preparation/Metallurgy Specialist

This role blends practical coating cell work, metallographic preparation, microstructural analysis, root-cause problem solving, and the design of fixtures/masking to enable repeatable, cost-effective production, all while operating within our SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) values.
