Lead System-on-Chip Chiplet Designer (Toronto)

Drive innovative SoC chiplet designs as a leader in our engineering team. This position focuses on cross-functional collaboration and complex architecture development.

We are looking for a System-on-Chip Chiplet Design Lead with a solid background in SoC design principles and leadership capabilities. You will lead projects from initial concept through to volume production, requiring at least 8 years of relevant experience. Key skills include RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog and proficiency in verification methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SoC chiplet design from concept to tape-out
• Guide end-to-end development and oversee RTL design
• Collaborate with architecture and systems teams on trade-offs
• Conduct design reviews and mentor junior engineers
